What does the pricing listed in the catalogue include?

Our pricing is an all-in skincare party! 🎉 It covers:

What’s not included? Label design (but don’t worry, we’ve got options for that!).

We love using certified ingredients wherever possible, but we don’t hold (or claim to hold) an official certified organic status. Why? Because certification comes with hefty fees, and we know that many of our amazing small brands wouldn’t be able to pass those costs onto their own businesses.

By keeping things flexible, we make it easier for you to create high-quality, natural, and ethical skincare—without the extra expense of certification!

Do you offer drop shipping?

Not quite! While we don’t offer direct dropshipping, we do have clients who make it work. Here’s how:

1️⃣ We send the products to you first
2️⃣ You label them with your branding
3️⃣ You send them to a 3PL (third-party logistics provider) for fulfillment

This way, you get full control over your branding and packaging before your products make their way to your customers! If you’re looking for a dropshipping-friendly way to sell skincare, this setup could be just what you need.

Do you export your products overseas?

We’re happy to ship our products to:

Australia, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Italy & Singapore

But here’s the deal... While we can ship to these countries, we don’t handle international paperwork, customs forms, or tax requirements (as much as we’d love to have a magic wand for that!).

Each country has its own rules, so it’s your responsibility to check what’s needed to import skincare into your location—this might include taxes, duties, or special certifications. We always recommend doing a little research before ordering to avoid any surprises!

Do you help your Australian brands to export their products overseas?

Thinking of taking your skincare brand worldwide? Exciting! While we don’t handle export paperwork for you, we do provide some key documents to help make the process smoother:

COA (Certificate of Analysis) – Yep, free!
SDS (Safety Data Sheets) – Also free!
Our Company Profile – You guessed it, free!

These docs are often needed when shipping skincare overseas, and we’re happy to supply them. The catch? We don’t fill out any extra paperwork for you (trust us, customs forms aren’t our idea of fun either!).

Each country has its own rules, so it’s up to you to check what’s required—things like import taxes, certifications, and regulations. Not sure where to start? Your local customs office is the best place to ask!

What is your refund policy?

We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so if something arrives damaged or faulty—don’t worry, we’ll fix it! Just send us an email at info@privatelabelskincare.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a clear photo, and we’ll send out a replacement right away.

Changed your mind? We totally understand that things don’t always go to plan, but unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If a refund is approved, a 5% restocking fee will apply to cover Shopify fees and admin time.

For orders placed via AfterPay or ZipPay, a 10% restocking fee applies. These platforms don’t refund us their fees when an order is canceled, so this covers those costs.

Digital products are a little different—since they’re instant-access, we’re unable to offer refunds on these, so please choose carefully.

What is the shelf life of the products?

Just like your fave fresh produce, skincare has its peak freshness window! Here’s a quick breakdown to keep your products in tip-top shape:

  • Water-based goodies (like toners) = 12 months
  • Oils & scrubs (the endurance runners) = 18 months
  • Cleansers & moisturisers (the long-time loves) = 24 months

You’ll spot the shelf life listed on each product page and in our catalogue. These timelines are handy guides, but there’s a bit of wiggle room—just keep your products cool, dry, and loved!

P.S. Our shelf life ranges from 12 to 24 months from the date of purchase, so there’s plenty of time to enjoy every drop!

Absolutely! We’ve got options to suit every level of creativity:

Are PLSC products TGA approved?

TGA approval isn’t required for natural skincare that doesn’t make therapeutic or preventative claims—and that’s exactly what we create!

However, products like sunscreen and other therapeutic goods do require TGA approval, but our skincare is all about nourishing, high-quality formulations—no medical claims, no extra red tape!

What are the turnaround times?

We work hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what to expect:

Samples: Ready in up to 3 business days (plus shipping time)

Small orders (10-200 units per product): 1 to 14 business days (plus shipping time)

Salon Professional Products: 1 to 14 business days (plus shipping time)

Bulk Products: 1 to 14 business days (plus shipping time)

Larger orders (1,000+ units per product): Up to 30 business days (plus shipping time)

Using your own packaging? If you're supplying bottles or jars for us to fill, your turnaround time starts once your packaging arrives at our lab—so be sure to send it in early to avoid delays!
