When will you ship my samples?
We know you're excited to try your samples—so we get them ready fast! ⏳
Samples are packed and ready to go within up to 3 business days, plus shipping time.
Once they’re on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery!
When will you ship my retail, salon or bulk order?
We aim to get your Salon Professional Products out the door as quickly as possible! Our standard turnaround is 1 to 14 business days, but most orders ship within just a few days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey straight to your salon!
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! All our packaging is recyclable because we believe in skincare that’s kind to your skin and the planet.
Just a quick tip—remember to remove the caps and fittings before popping them in the recycling bin! This little step makes a big difference.

If you’re outside these locations, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to explore shipping options where possible.
Can I use different packaging to what you offer?
Yes! You have two options:
Buy in bulk and fill your products into your own packaging.
Send us your packaging, and we’ll fill it for you (minimum order of 200 units per product).
This way, you get the flexibility to create a look that suits your brand while still enjoying high-quality formulations. Let us know how we can help!
What’s the shelf life of your products?
Our products are designed to stay fresh and effective for 12 to 24 months from the date of purchase. Here’s a general guide:
High water-based products (like toners) – 12 months
Oils & scrubs – 18 months
Most cleansers & moisturisers – 24 months
You'll find the exact shelf life for each product in our catalogue. These are general guidelines with a little flexibility, but for the best results, store your products in a cool, dry place and use them within the recommended timeframe.
What are the shipping costs?
We keep shipping simple and transparent:
Australia-wide: Flat rate of $14.95
International orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, starting at $24.
