Supplying Label Files:
Once you have placed your first order, you will be emailed a link to your own Dropbox Folder within 2 working days, where you can upload your labels for printing. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL YOUR LABELS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED.

If you are a repeat customer and need to make any changes to one of your labels, it is your responsibility to do this BEFORE you place your order as we will automatically pull your labels from your existing dropbox folder. If your labels are not up to date and we print and send the incorrect labels, replacing labels will be your responsibility.
